Lakers got one step closer to be fully healthy again. Tarik Black is on his way back against the 76er’s.
Tarik Black will go through pregame warmup to see if he can play tonight. Jose Calderon is still out

The bench mob is near full strength as the absent 6’10 center was out with a sprained ankle since December 5th against the Jazz. On Thursday he practiced with the team for the first time, however he had zero limitations. Thomas Robinson has played admirably in his absence, but it is clear that the full bench mob that turned itself into the best bench in the NBA was lacking its final piece. Black is still listed as questionable for Friday’s game against the 76er’s, though signs point to him playing tonight likely on minutes’ restrictions
Jose Calderon also moved one step closer to being healthy as well. He participated in practice on Thursday. It was very limited though.
Jose Calderon did sprints at 60-70% speed & shooting. Assuming no setbacks, he will increase speed tomorrow & shoot with more movement

He is listed as out for Friday’s game versus the Philadelphia 76er’s. It’s great to have the team back to full health. No doubt in my mind that the injuries started this team down its path of woe and its 8 game losing streak.
