Sadly, it has been a struggle for the Lakers to stay healthy all year as injuries have come one after the other. Whether it has been D’Angelo, Julius, or Nick Young, a lot of key Lakers have gotten hurt which has certainly contributed to their fall from their hot start at the beginning of the season. The Lakers have finally released an update on the latest ailing Laker: Larry Nance Jr.
From the Lakers: “The diagnosis is a bone bruise, and Nance Jr. is expected to be out approximately four weeks.”

The injuries, among other struggles, have led to a 1-12 month of December and now it appears that a key cog in the great Lakers bench will miss an extended period of time.
This is a bummer on many levels, as it means more Thomas Robinson for at least another month and the defense the Nance provides will be missed. These Lakers are currently stumbling and they are trying their best to right the ship and get back on the winning path. They will have to turn things around without the high-flying Larry Nance Jr.
